Per-lost -- Perth Changeling

About Per-lost

In Character Basis of List:

Since the recent escape from Arcadia, the changelings of the Perth freehold have come under threat from several enemies, mainly True Fae who see the recently escaped as their own personal property.
Communication is a key to the freeholds survival. Terry Ific has placed a messages board, made of jarrah wood with a cork board in a prominent position in the Freehold Hollow. Those that have access to the Freehold Hollow are assumed to read the messages, those that dont are assumed that the message is passed on by their Duke.

In Character Restrictions:

In order to gain access to the list, a Changeling needs to be member of standing within the Freehold, sworn to one of the Dukes or Lords of the Court.
They must also have access to the Freehold Hollow.

List infiltration Policy:

Anyone who can gain access to the formible Freehold Hollow can easily read the messages, Given the high activity on the freehold Hollow, such an interloper would be hard pressed to walk freely about.

List Banning Policy:

If a member is no longer welcomed in the Freehold, his access to the Freehold Hollow is restricted and its unlikely the Dukes will repeat any such messages to their fallen member.
