In Character Basis of List:
This list is designed to be a an electronic mailing list, served by a network independant of the internet. Kindred are to connect to the network
by dialing into nodes into each of the capital cities within Australia. A security token is required as part of the login process, this token is available from the List-Mod.
Alternatively Kindred can visit 'Data Heaven' if there is one in their Cities. Data Heaven is a chain of 24 hour Internet Cafes/Fax/Copy/Lan Gaming Stores. Kindred (or thier Ghouls) leave/collect messages in the form of faxes.
The Nexus for the network is based in Adelaide, with a redundant server in a remote server in NSW. Each server is powered by mains electricity, but also has a series of UPS' that provide for 48 hours of power prior to shutdown. When there is any disruption to Security measures in place an automated email and SMS are sent to the listmod and his nominated successor (email addresses: X@Y.Z and A@B.C. This is up to the listmod of the time).

At the end of the month, the listmod will discover the leak and may act in-character to deal with this intrusion. Typically this will result in the software-death of the infiltrator's computer, however will be dealt with in-character. Infiltrators must have an IC justification for suspecting this list exists, prior to even looking for it in order to be able to infiltrate.
