About Aus-princes

In Character Basis of List: The Courier is a mortal whose family has served as deliverers of messages for vampires for generations, rumoured to be longer than the white settlement of Australia. The Courier delivers messages between the Princes in Australia as requested, to aid in communications between the Domains. The Courier himself is considered to be Elysium by all Princes served, and he carries a letter to that effect on his person. In Character Restrictions: In order to be on the list, you have to be recognised by the other Princes of Australia as holding Praxis in an Australian Domain. Senates of any Domain, or Princes claiming to represent Domains other than the OOC Domains, will be considered by the existing Princes IC as to the appropriateness of their inclusion. This is purely an IC issue and not in the control of the listmod. List infiltration Policy: Infiltration is difficult, but not impossible. The Courier is considered Elysium. Interfering with him, including editing of memories or preventing his passage, will usually be delt with as per any other breech of Elysium; harshly. Every Prince on the list will most likely consider interfering with the Courier a breech of Elysium, and as such characters should expect a universal Bloodhunt, or some similar level of IC repercussions. It should be stressed that these repercussions are not enforced by the listmod or ST staff, but rather by other active characters. List Banning Policy: Those who are considered by the Princes on the list to have lost Praxis will no longer have messages delivered to them by the Courier.
