About Aus-free-council
|
|
In Character Basis of List:
The Free Council of Australia communicate via a mental network that individual members know very little about, the trigger for this communication is the utilization of any means of transmitted mode of long distance communication, internet, mobile phone, CB Radio, etc the device is no more magical in nature than they would otherwise normally be while no additional form of communication can be detected.
In Character Restrictions:
Joining the Free Council list requires something of an initiation which may only be administered by certain individuals and usually take the form of some sort of contractual agreement, not unlike the process of getting one’s phone line connected or purchasing an internet account – and just like these things it can be done over the phone! If the person meets the appropriate requirements (is a true member of the Free Council, Status 1) then the connection succeeds and the individual Free Council member is given the ‘password’ and the trigger combination that will activate the effect on the various communication methods.
Members will have had contact via phone or in person the NPC who introduces them to the list whether they succeed in connecting to the list or not.
List infiltration Policy:
It is possible for infiltrators to gain access to the list or parts thereof. It is required that each such character fully detail how they have obtained the information they are using for their attempt and how they are going about this attempt. Players should explain such things as how their character came to find out about the list, what exactly they know about it and how, as well as how they intend to use this information to access the list. All such explanations and applications should be subject to the appropriate approvals and the list moderator’s discretion.
List Banning Policy:
Individuals should be removed from the list if they are found/detected to be tampering with it. Or if they should ever gain ‘true’ status in another Order and thus leave the Free Council. However leaving the Order in any other way or denouncing the order are also grounds for removal – the Moderator should read the ST section for further details. Appeals may be made to the Moderator to Infiltrate this list but should read the List Infiltration Policy prior to this.
