<b>In Character basis of List:</b>
The Mages of Adelaide have long been without a local Consilium that has driven them to band together; some have become members of reputable Cabals, others have fallen to the wayside. Recognising the vulnerability of their fellow Mages through poor communication and disorganisation, the Silver Ladder has designated the ‘Marble Gallery’ of the South Austra-lian Art Gallery, as a neutral zone for the Willworkers of Adelaide.
The ‘Marble Gallery’ is mostly known to Art enthusiasts but has on been reported within the news of strange happens. Several students from surrounding schools have noted that their books, loose papers, and other instruments of written communication have disappeared while on field trips; though strange occurrences such as these aren’t uncom-mon within the Art Gallery and Museum of South Australia considering heritage of its build-ings.
The ‘Marble Gallery’ contains within itself a Spirit whose soul purpose is to facilitate communications between the Mages, Cabals, and Orders of Awakened society within Ade-laide. To communicate with another, a Mage simply needs to enter the gallery and place a piece of parchment within the marble bowl, which stands within the centre of the room, atop a pentacle. On the corresponding walls of each pentacle, hangs a painting from each of the five pentacle orders. When a Mage places their ‘handwritten’ parchment into the bowl the paper itself will crumple and disappear. It is extremely important that the Mage handwrites the correspondences; otherwise they may find that the page will simply be re-jected. When entering the Gallery in hope of receiving communications from others within the city, the Mage must stand in front of the bowl, announcing their name and social stand-ings, for example, Immanuel of the Philosopher’s Guild would enter, stand in front of the bowl and announce, “Immanuel of the Silver Ladder, Porter to the Philosopher’s Guild.” At which point any parchments waiting for Immanuel will be appear within the bowl.
<b>In character restrictions:</b>
The ‘Marble Gallery’ isn’t accessible at all time and is rarely accessible to the general public. In order to become a member of this mailing list, thus having the ability to commu-nicate between each other, the Mage must first be invited to join by one of the members after which the new member, the current member and a Silver Ladder representative will meet within the Gallery to oversee the appropriate rituals. Members of the ‘Marble Gallery’ are giving a small shard of quartz; within that shard is a piece of Essence which is the call-ing card and key to access the Gallery.
